OUR GOAL IS TO PROTECT THE SCALE AND CHARACTER OF THE SINGLE FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD. 

THE OTA SUPPORTS PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING WHEN ITS EQUALLY AND EQUITABLY DISTRIBUTED ACROSS THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES. 

Where is the Thatcher Yard?

The Thatcher Yard is a 2.11 acre lot located at 3233 S. Thatcher Ave. in the southern portion of the Oxford Triangle neighborhood (adjacent to Yvonne B. Burke Park off the bike path). Its original purpose was to house machinery which provided maintenance to the Venice area for street services and to aid in the event of weather related and other natural disasters. 

Where is the Oxford Triangle?

The Oxford Triangle Neighborhood, located in zip code 90292, is an area bound by Washington Blvd., Lincoln Blvd., and Admiralty Way. It is composed of approximately 360 single-family homes and is primarily a R-1 residential neighborhood with the Azzurra, Regatta, and Cove Condominiums located to the Northeast.
